Please note:

  • During sale periods extended transit times are expected as a result of the influx of orders and demand on the pick and pack team. As such, we recommend allowing an additional week when estimated delivery times to cover the delay in picking and shipment. We appreciate your understanding in these circumstances.

    There may also be further delays if your package is being held in customs. Customers are liable for customs and duties in their country and will be contacted by local customs agencies directly to settle these charges.

 

Returns:
We offer returns for change of mind purchases within 7 days. Please notify as soon as possible from the receipt of your goods if you would like a return.

For a change of mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the bedding cannot be slept in or washed. 

Please be aware for change of mind purchases the return shipping will be at the customers expense as will any further shipping, handling or processing costs associated with an exchange.

 

Warranty & Faults:
Each order that is sent out is subject to strict quality inspections during the packing process. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or defective product please fill in the form below stating your full name, email, phone number, returnable items, issue and invoice number.

If items are deemed to be faulty you will have the option for a replacement to be sent free of charge or a full refund. 

Pre-Orders & Late Arrivals:
If you order a pre-order item please be aware that the dates given are estimated time of arrivals only and are given as a guide only.  We will endeavour to provide clear communication whilst you are waiting on your items and apologise for any miscommunication in relation to pre-order wait times.
