And how do we do this you ask? Well for starters, when purchasing from Loominary you are buying direct from the manufacturer with no middlemen or unwanted costs.  And to top it off, we also ship direct from our factory floor to your door to save unnecessary double handling and excess carbon emissions.

And to top it off, Loominary is a carbon negative company... How good is that!

Our Products Journey

Flax Fields

Loominary produce all their flax from organic French flax fields

Cultivating

It will take 100 days for the flax plant to grow to full maturity

Harvesting

The flax plant is then harvested and uprooted as a whole

Retting

The flax fibers are then prepared by separating and drying

Spinning

The flax is then placed on a frame and wound on spools

Certification

Each spool is then certified organic and quality assured

Production

The yarn is then shipped to our Chinese factory for production

Dying Process

The yarn is then dyed using a natural dying process

Weaving

The dyed yarn is then woven into large rolls of material

GSM Rating

The material is then tested to ensure the GSM is compliant

Bedding Production

The fabric is then hand cut and sewn into the desired sizing

Packaging

The items are then bundled into sets and separates

Delivered to your Door

Upon placing an order, your item/s are then sent directly to you
