Shipping policy

All Australian orders are shipped for FREE. For International orders, shipping charges are applied at the checkout

Loominary ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States and the UK

Orders are typically picked, packed and dispatched within a 3-7 day window. Once it leaves our premises, we will provide tracking information so that you can track your parcel. At this time, we do not quote on delviery times as this is in the hands of the third party provider (AUSPost, FEDEX and DHL)

Loominary is a purely online business which does not offer any click and collect or store pickup options

If a product is on pre-order, text will appear over the add to cart button. Just add to cart as normal. If you’re unsure if an item’s on pre-order, that item will also have a call-out in your cart

Upon placing your order we are sorry to inform you that we are unable to change your selected shipping address

At this time, we are not able to cancel your order once the order has been placed. If you no longer want the items you purchased, please feel free to initiate a return

Returns and exchanges

We offer returns on unused items. Please notify as soon as possible from the receipt of your goods if you would like a return. Goods must be in salable condition as part of the return policy and a restocking fee may occur.

We do not accept the return of washed items, as they are then reselable. In this instance, we express how important it is to ensure you are happy with your purchase before using or washing

Yes, our company is certified with the Ethical Trade Authority to ensure our wares are made ethically

Yes, our factory and distribution centre is certified by independent auditing to ensure the well-being of our employees

Loominary is a carbon negative company, meaning we give back more than we take. This is achievable through our solar powered facility in addition to our outreach initiatives where we plant a tree for every item sold and offset 100% of our carbon emissions.

No, Loominary only provide physical products and do not offer gift cards or vouchers

Loominary does not provide swatches at this point in time

We have done our best to portray our items in their natural state and have avoided using filters for a more realistic look online. However, we must emphasise that due to the nature of photography and the use of lighting techniques, exposure and saturation, images online can look enriched and a little more poppy than in person under low light.

We also recommend looking online on multiple devices, as screen brightness, phone models and PC vs MAC will show minor shade differences over these device differences.

All of our linen is sourced in France from 100% French Flax

We sure do! In order to be as sustainable as possible we do not use Formaldehyde to set our dyes, meaning less toxins for your body

All our products are hypoallergenic and hygienic with anti-microbial properties.  You can sleep easy knowing that our products are free from harmful chemicals

All our products are handmade the artisan way and stone washed in small batches

Our products are not certified organic because the organic label does not ensure that an item is non-toxic. Instead, we adhere to the Oeko-Tex certification, which surpasses all other standards in safety and environmental protection

Thread count actually isn't the best way to measure the quality of your bedding.. In fact, it's largely a marketing gimmick which is why we use GSM (the products weight) to truly identify the quality of our linen wares
